We are looking for:

  1. LPN (Day and Evening)
  2. RN Supervisors (Per Diem)
  3. Human Resource Intern - (Unpaid)
  4. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  5. Per Diem - Security Guard - (Various Shifts)
  6. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

LPN employee will:
Assist the RN Coordinator in assuming responsibility and accountability for using the nursing process in the provision of care.

Assist in evaluating residents.

Provide direct resident care as delegated.

Assist in the delivery of resident care utilizing the nursing process as appropriate to the ages of residents served and areas of clinical practice. 

RN Supervisor (Per Diem) will:
Assume responsibility and accountability for using the nursing process in the provision of resident care.

Coordinate, implement, evaluate and where appropriate, direct all resident care activities, as applicable to age of residents served and areas of clinical practice in collaboration with other members of the health care team. 

Unpaid Human Resource Intern will: 
Assist all areas of Human Resources with an emphasis on employee/labor relations and benefits.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

We have an immediate opening for a PTA. In this very important position, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing policies established for restorative therapy with primary concern being the efficient application of professional skills and techniques employed in the rehabilitation of geriatric residents.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    1. Graduated from an approved 2-year school of physical therapy

    2. Current New York State license

    3. Ability to pass our competency skills assessment

    4. A member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association

    5. Excellent organizational and communication skills

    6. Excellent multi-tasking skills

    7. Strong problem solving skills

    8. Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred

    9. Spanish language a plus.
